New London Youth Affairs
We are a Youth Service Bureau that promotes positive outcomes for children, youth, and families by supporting a wide range of comprehensive services and collaborations. We offer free programs for youth from birth to 21 years, and for their families. Programs focusing on families with young children include The Early Childhood Family Center, The Whale’s Tales Book Bank, and the Diaper Bank.
