ECCN is the Early Childhood Community Network. It is comprised of early childhood programs and local resources for the towns we serve. We are currently serving Guilford, New London, Waterford, & East Lyme with Early Start Connecticut Funding for programs in those towns (Formally known as School Readiness Funding).
